Third generation. First-name basis.
Mark Feldman grew up in his father's car wash — literally. He started working the bays at age five and never really stopped. Five decades later he runs both Sudzy locations himself, keeping the equipment dialed in, the chemistry balanced, and the lights on around the clock.
That hands-on attention is the whole point. Every bay is maintained daily so when you pull in, everything works the way it should. You're not getting a corporate template — you're getting a half-century of know-how that just happens to come with a knob and a wand.
